What makes Ebika Beach attractive?
Among the many beaches on the Miura Peninsula, this is one of the most secluded spots. It is not uncommon to hardly see a single person during your stay.
It is far from the station and there is no parking space nearby, so there are probably not many visitors.
The waves crashing on the beach are quiet and beautiful. The water clarity was excellent, with visibility of at least 15 meters underwater.
Colorful small fishes were dancing, and the sunlight was just mesmerizing.
There was a bench in the middle of the beach.

Restaurants and Resting Places
There are no restaurants around Ebika Beach.There are no restrooms either.
You can take a bus to the Misaki Port area, which is a little further away, to enjoy the fresh local food.
At the local produce center, you can buy sashimi tuna, frozen Misaki tuna to take home, fresh local vegetables, and more.
Nearby Sightseeing Spots
At Misaki Port, visitors can meet fish in the sea without getting wet on an underwater boat, or enjoy fishing in a yoke at sea.
A ferry boat also runs from here to Jogashima, the southernmost point of the Miura Peninsula and a treasure trove of natural spots.

Access
Take the Keikyu Main Line from Shinagawa Station to Misakiguchi Station, about 80 minutes away.
The distance from Misakiguchi Station to Ebika Beach is about 2.2 km, which is a bit far, but since there is no public transportation, you will have to go on foot.
Walking along the pleasant road along the field on the way, you will arrive at Ebika-hama in about 25 minutes.
